Teaching Firsts at the University of Connecticut

Taught the first color class, first graphic design class, and the first computer course
(a programming course in computers for art students)

Started the computer graphics program in early 1980s in the Department of Fine Arts

Was instrumental in obtaining the Apple Higher Education II Computer Lab for the
Department of Fine Arts in mid-1980s
